A contemporary dance class for adults (18+). This accessible and energetic class will look at contemporary dance techniques. Get fit while learning different contemporary dance styles through dynamic exercises and phrases. 

Wear comfortable clothing and be prepared to wear socks or bare feet. Bring water. 

This class has become a block booking, allowing it to be progressive. Each session will expand from the last and participants will build up a phrase of material as well as developing technique exercises. Perfect for a fun way to work on your fitness and coordination. All levels welcome, including beginners. 

Mondays 2 - 30 March. 

This class will only go ahead with a minimum of 5 participants
