Join designer and knitter Helen Robertson to explore the power of knitting as mindfulness from the comfort of your own home, working on simple projects to relax and inspire.
These introductory sessions are aimed at adults and require a basic knowledge of knitting.
For each session, you need a set of knitting needles suitable for knitting flat, yarn suitable for your needle size, in two or more colours and a tapestry needle.
