Join us in Mareel to celebrate the Summer of Play and the transition from Primary to Secondary School with a series of special FREE screenings of ‘School of Rock’ (PG) for young people who are leaving P7 and starting S1 in 2021. The screenings are organised by area to help give young people get the opportunity to see others who will be in their secondary school classes in August.
If you missed the deadline for free bus passes, please email firstname.lastname@example.org at least 7 working days ahead of the screening you have booked.
These screenings are arranged by area, and we ask you to only book for your local area, however, if you can’t make the date for your location, we will also have screenings for any area on 8 August available to book soon. If you are unsure which area applies to you, choose the area your child's secondary school is located in.

All screenings follow current covid guidance. Seating will be automatically socially distanced by our box office system (1m between bookings). Face coverings must be worn unless you're eating or drinking, and we ask young people to take their own rubbish with them at the end of the film and put it in the bins provided. The auditorium will be thoroughly cleaned between each screening and there is hand sanitiser available throughout the building.
This screening has been supported by the Summer of Play Fund, through Creative Scotland and YouthLink Scotland.
