Wellbeing Groups utilise the arts to facilitate health and wellbeing. These normally run at Mareel however we have moved sessions online to Zoom.
Each week will have a different focus, encouraging development of participant’s independent writing skills for mindfulness and wellbeing. Sessions are run by Journalist and freelance writer Claire Davenport, who has a wealth of experience in both teaching and writing and are suitable for 16+. This term will look at Imagery and media themes, and will begin using inspiration from living things.
You are welcome to attend 1 or all of the weeks. Sessions are drop-in. We recommend booking in advance to receive your personalised Zoom code (via automatic email) in advance of session.
