Screening to celebrate Scotland’s Climate Week (26 Sep - 2 Oct), this inspiring documentary imagines the world as it would be in the year 2040 if societies embraced technologies already available today that could enable us to halt global warming and reverse the harmful effects of climate change.

In English and various languages with English subtitles.

After the screening on Thursday evening, members of the SIC’s Climate Change Programme would like to invite those attending to stay for an informal discussion of the film and their work in tackling climate change impacts across Shetland.

Running time: 1h52, including ads and trailers, plus 30 minutes for the discussion after the Thursday screening.

We recommend customers continue to wear a face covering in line with Scottish Government guidance. Cinemas will be thoroughly cleaned between each screening, there is hand sanitiser available throughout the building, and we're requesting that customers take their own rubbish with them at the end of the film and put it in the bins provided.
