An enchanting animated adventure with an important message. 

Ainbo was born and grew up in the deepest jungle of the Amazon. One day she discovers that her homeland is being threatened by the greed and exploitation of illegal miners. Guided by her mother’s spirit, and accompanied by her companions Dillo the armadillo and Vaca the Tapir, Ainbo embarks on a journey, determined to save her land before it’s too late.  

Screening as part of a short season focusing on climate change and the future of the planet, to coincide with COP26. Other films in the season include WALL-E, Anthropocene: The Human Epoch and Escape From Extinction.

Running time: 1h44, including ads and trailers. 


Following the change in COVID guidance there are no longer distancing measures in place in the cinema screens, but face coverings must be worn unless you're eating or drinking, and we're requesting that customers take their own rubbish with them at the end of the film and put it in the bins provided. Cinemas will be thoroughly cleaned between each screening, and there is hand sanitiser available throughout the building.
