Francis Ford Coppola’s masterpiece returns to cinemas to celebrate its 40th anniversary.
Coppola's visually dazzling epic is a surreal, hallucinatory, tragedy set in the midst of the horror of the Vietnam War. A US Army Intelligence officer (Martin Sheen) is sent on a bizarre river journey deep into the jungle to assassinate Colonel Kurtz (Marlon Brando), a renegade Green Beret who uses primitive tribesmen to wage his own war.
