Directed in elegant and exhilarating style by Spike Lee, David Byrne's American Utopia is a dazzling, celebratory concert film.
The Talking Heads frontman’s critically acclaimed Broadway show sees Byrne joined by an ensemble of 11 musicians, singers, and dancers from around the globe, inviting audiences into a joyous dreamworld where human connection, self-evolution, and social justice are paramount. The film includes performances of songs from Byrne’s 2018 solo album of the same name, in addition to Talking Heads favourites such as Once in a Lifetime and Burning Down the House.
Running time: 2h06, including ads and trailers.

When booking tickets, please be aware the box office system is set up to automatically block off seats around each booking, keeping the appropriate distance between customers. If you're booking for a group, please make sure all the people in that group are in the same household (including extended households as defined here), and if you want to see a film with someone from your household, you'll need to book your tickets at the same time if you want to sit together. Face coverings must be worn in the cinema unless you're eating or drinking, and we're requesting that customers take their own rubbish with them at the end of the film, and put it in the bins provided. Cinemas will be thoroughly cleaned between each screening, and there is hand sanitiser available throughout the building.
