This taut and timely drama presents a complex account of one of the most pressing problems of our times.

Two hardened immigration officers, Wendy and Philip, are given the job of interrogating Haile, who has entered the UK illegally, to determine whether he is a legitimate refugee or a danger to the country. Wendy, in particular, has an unblemished record for ruthless efficiency, but there is something in Haile’s case that troubles her.

Running time: 1h59, including ads and trailers.
